How do I create a personalized storybook?
Simply visit our website and you’ll be prompted to fill the form with your child’s name, gender, photo/s and other details.
What kinds of details do I need to provide for personalization?
We ask for your child’s name, gender, birth date and photo as mandatory information. Good quality photos help make the illustrations more personal. Please ensure uploaded images have good lighting and show the child clearly.
How long will delivery take after I place an order?
Once the payment is done, we write the personalized story and send it for printing and dispatch. Delivery timelines depend on your location but typically take around 7–8 working days within India.
Can I preview the book before it goes to print?
We currently don’t offer a preview option, but rest assured — every book is thoughtfully personalized based on your inputs and thoroughly quality-checked before printing.
Can I cancel my order?
An order can be cancelled up to 24 hours after placing it by sending us an email on hello@imagitales.in and we shall refund the full amount paid in such cases.
Who owns the intellectual property of the story and illustrations?
The text, illustrations, layout, and design remain the intellectual property of ImagiTales. Your child receives a printed book for personal use, but you may not resell or redistribute the content without our written permission.
What kind of content is allowed in the book?
We welcome creative personalization that makes your child the hero of a story. However, you must not upload images or provide information that is offensive, illegal, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders with inappropriate content.
Is my child’s photo safe with you?
Absolutely. We take data protection seriously. Uploaded photos are used only for the purpose of creating your book and are stored securely. We do not share or sell your imagery to third parties.
What happens if the address or shipping information is incorrect?
Please double-check all shipping details at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@imagitales.in. If the book has already shipped, you may need to coordinate with the courier for address correction which could incur additional charges.
Can I order more than one book at a time?
Yes — you may place separate orders for multiple books. Each one is personalized individually. If you’d like multiple copies of the same story (with the same personalization), you may replicate the order as needed.
Do you ship internationally?
At present we focus on shipping within India. If you are located outside India and interested in shipping, please contact us at hello@imagitales.in.
