Creating a personalized storybook for your child is simple. Visit our website and fill out a short form with your child’s name, gender, photos, and a few other details. We take care of the rest.
What kinds of details do I need to provide for personalization?
We ask for your child’s name, gender, birth date, and photo as mandatory information. Clear, well-lit photos help us create more expressive illustrations, but don’t worry — we guide you through what works best.
How long will delivery take after I place an order?
Once payment is completed, we write your child’s personalized story, prepare it for printing, and dispatch it. Delivery typically takes 7–10 working days within India, depending on your location. You’ll receive updates by email as your book progresses.
Can I preview the book before it goes to print?
We currently don’t offer a preview option. However, every personalized storybook is carefully created based on your inputs and reviewed by our team before printing to ensure quality and accuracy.
What age group is this book suitable for?
Our personalized storybooks are designed for children aged 3 to 12 years, with age-appropriate language, themes, and illustrations.
Is this a digital PDF or a printed book?
We do not provide digital PDFs.
Can I cancel my order?
An order can be cancelled up to 24 hours after placing it by sending us an email on hello@imagitales.in and we shall refund the full amount paid in such cases.
What is the quality and format of the book?
Our storybooks are printed in a premium paperback format with 25+ thick pages and high-quality binding. Each book is 8″ × 8″, designed to be durable, comfortable to read, and perfect for bedtime.
Who owns the intellectual property of the story and illustrations?
The text, illustrations, layout, and design remain the intellectual property of ImagiTales. Your child receives a printed book for personal use, but you may not resell or redistribute the content without our written permission.
What kind of content is allowed in the book?
We welcome creative personalization that makes your child the hero of a story. However, you must not upload images or provide information that is offensive, illegal, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders with inappropriate content.
Is my child’s photo safe with you?
Yes, absolutely. Your child’s photos are used only to create the personalized storybook. They are stored securely and never shared, sold, or reused for any other purpose.
What happens if the address or shipping information is incorrect?
Please double-check all shipping details at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@imagitales.in. If the book has already shipped, you may need to coordinate with the courier for address correction which could incur additional charges.
Can I order more than one book at a time?
Yes — you may place separate orders for multiple books. Each one is personalized individually. If you’d like multiple copies of the same story (with the same personalization), you may replicate the order as needed.
