Order Cancellation
An order can be cancelled up to 24 hours after placing it by sending us an email on hello@imagitales.in and we shall refund the full amount paid in such cases.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for personalized books unless the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue at hello@imagitales.in.
Order Changes
If you need to correct details like name or delivery address, please email us immediately at hello@imagitales.in after placing the order. Changes may not be possible once the book is in production.
