To personalize your storybook, we require accurate information such as your child’s name, gender, and photos (optional). Please ensure the details you provide are correct, as they directly shape the story and illustrations. Our content is generated with the assistance of AI technology, which may occasionally create minor variations in results.
Section 3: Order Placement & Secure Payment
All orders are processed through Razorpay, our official payment partner. Pricing is displayed in your local currency where applicable and may be subject to taxes or additional fees. Payment details are handled securely and are never stored directly by ImagiTales.
Section 4: Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery is 7–8 working days, depending on your shipping location.
Section 5: Refunds and Order Changes
Since every book is custom-made and personalized, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed. Please review all details carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Section 6: Ownership and Usage Rights
All content generated on the ImagiTales platform—including text, illustrations, and layouts—remains the property of ImagiTales. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the storybook or related content without written permission.

By using ImagiTales, you agree not to upload, share, or request any content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes upon intellectual property rights. Any misuse of our platform may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
